RentYardSpace is a marketplace that connects hosts who list spaces with renters who book those spaces. RentYardSpace is not the owner of listed spaces unless explicitly stated.

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Booking and Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Hosts receive payouts according to platform rules and applicable processing timelines.
4. Cancellations and Disputes
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled according to the cancellation policy shown at booking time and any applicable local law.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, fraudulent bookings, abuse, harassment, or misuse of another person's property.
